Abstract

Semarang Regency, particularly Bawen District, boasts diverse tourism potential, one of which is the Dusun Semilir Tourist Destination. This tourist attraction combines natural, artificial, and cultural elements, providing a positive impact on the socio-economic conditions of the surrounding community. However, to maximize this potential, efforts are needed to enhance employee motivation and performance through incentive and bonus programs. This community service initiative aims to design and implement effective incentive programs for employees at Dusun Semilir Tourist Destination. The methods employed include observation, discussions with UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) partners, as well as the preparation and implementation of incentive programs tailored to the needs of the business. The results indicate that effective incentive programs must be performance-based, have clear standards, and be provided in a timely manner, either in cash or non-cash forms. The implementation of this program is expected to boost employee morale and increase the profitability of Dusun Semilir Tourist Destination. Thus, incentive and bonus programs not only benefit employees but also support the sustainable development of tourism in Semarang Regency.
